The breakfast yesterday morning was on time grits corn beef hash cook excellent everything excellent.

Food+ Service + Cleanliness+ Price + Hospitality= 10⭐ stars in my opinion. I will take home cooking over franchise any day! I love coming here when I can. Great place with Great owners!

I’ve been here for both breakfast and lunch. The food was wonderful, the staff was attentive and professional and even helped make suggestions. This is one of the areas best kept secrets. A hidden gem that’s sure to not disappoint.

We stopped by for lunch out of curiosity after Money magazine rated its burger one of the best in the country. The hamburger was outstanding, but maybe not national class. The Philly Cheese Steak was a Steak'Um. We asked for a Coke and we're told they had Pepsi, which arrived in a can. On the way out, we saw they had Coke cans in the cooler.The manager (or owner) was very solicitous, but this quirky little place has its own way of doing things and it probably takes a few visits to get the full hang of it.

In the area trying to look for a breakfast place, follow the review to this hidden GEM, which could be easily passed. Family set up, small sitting area but neat and cozy. Super friendly service(5 Star), fresh warm food. Reasonable priced. Plan to come back to try dinner or burger too.

Read the reviews and had to give it a try. Glad I did! Great breakfast for under $10 (2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, home fries, a biscuit, and coffee). The owner and chef was down to earth. Fantastic service. I’m going back to try lunch!

Great Home cooked food. Only open to 2p. The Breakfast is outstanding, as well as the Lunch. They are a small, and very friendly. I feel like I am at home eating there.... In fact, just writing about them has made me hungry.... Heading to their place now.

Staff was wonderful, efficient service and great customer service. It was a real gem. It was not that kind of fancy artificial place. But it was a great place with calm atmosphere. Definitely worth the time to go and try it.

Typically when we come in we get breakfast and the food is AMAZING. The staff is very friendly! --Very family friendly environment. They always remember you when you come in which is always a nice bonus.

I got the daily lunch special. I had the meatloaf, mashes potatoes, turnip greens, roll and tea. It was all delicious but the HOMEMADE MASHED POTATOES were SO good I had to order seconds of them!!! Thank you!

Stopped in and wasn't disappointed. The staff are very personable and the food is on point. Tried the smothered pork chops with collard greens and baked apples. It was the best I've had in ages. Definitely worth the time to go to and try. I will be returning.

Worth the effort to find this eclectic gem of a restaurant. Home cooking breakfast and lunch with unique specials. I had the fried flounder with Mac and cheese and spinach, also added a side of onion rings.

The staff is super, as well as the food. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by a server, by the cook and other staff. We both ordered the breakfast special, mine was with biscuits and my brother had grits. We both enjoyed it. It's a little hard to find...but I'm certainly glad we found it. I am on vacation in the area, leaving in 5 days...I will be going back before I leave, taking my other brother.

Great food. No fancy restaurant but a great place to eat. The owner, Terry is delightful and loved chatting with her while having brunch. We will be back.

Never a disappointment!!!!! This is my go to place when i want anything good to eat, food is always fresh.love the club sandwich and the chef salad is the biggest one and made to order (never made the day before)and the daily specials are awesome. The staff is always upbeat and friendly, gives you that small town feeling. I have never has bad meal here yet and I've been eating here for the past 2 years for at least no less than once/twice a week weather breakfast or lunch. keep up the great work

Great small cafe, literally around the corner. Secret great small place. Would definitely reccomend going for a small quiet homey breakfast.

The restaurant is a little hard to find. It's tucked in the corner of a building that has a business called Dolan Mechanical. The GPS tried to take me to the next parking lot over but if you pay attention, there are little signs on the road for the place. The food is on point. I got breakfast and enjoyed every bite. The lady that seated us, whom I assume is the owner, was a sweet lady and very attentive waitress. I would most definitely recommend this place.

The food is sooooooo delicious and the people are suuuuuuuper friendly. It has a really home style feel and is the best place I've been to for breakfast and lunch. You should definitely check them out! May God continue to bless them.

A good place with peaceful atmosphere. Staff was not attentive. Their customer service was to poor. Even they didn't guide properly. Food was good. But I'm not satisfied.

Great small town dinner experience, very friendly and welcoming staff. Food ls great. We've been there several times. Fresh pies, cakes, bread pudding, etc made each evening for the next day. Say hello to Shirley!

This place is a real gem. Incredibly friendly staff and a burger so big I couldn't fit it all in the frame to take a photo. I will be returning to dabble in their country fried steak and to quietly take in the simple joys of the classic neighborhood comfort eatery.

The food is okay. Nothing to write home about. The owner is a very unhappy person and it shows, which is a shame because some really nice folks actually run the place.

Most friendly place around. Call to find out the daily specials because they are picked at the market each morning. Sides are made there and good. Burger, trout, breakfast, are sure bets. Not a date place or business meeting site in the back room but comfy.

Very difficult to locate at the rear of sn electrical contractor lication. Staff was super friendly and the burger was fantastic and the daily special sounded excellent!

The spot is first-rate and broad, the menu was enchanting and the prices were very fair. rapidly, productive service and very amiable staff. Recommended.

Good food, excellent service but not quite a 5 star experience. Country fried steak was great but biscuits taste like mass produced and the potatoes were chewy, seriously couldn't figure that out. Coffee is good and they brewed us a new pot. If I'm in the area I'll be back but won't necessarily go out of my way to get there. Thanks for the warm reception and the breakfast!

I sadly did not realize there was food beyond the hamburger until way too late in life, such that if a hamburger is on the menu that is historically what I order...though there are times when based on where I was (looking at you Hilo) and should not have ordered the burger. This is not one of those times. They make an incredible, delicious home cooked burger, with tasty crispy fries. There is just one problem, and it's not the bizarre, impossible to find location (that adds to the charm), it's the hours. Open for breakfast and lunch is insufficient. We need more people to go here so that I can have these burgers for dinner, or at least lunch on the weekend (cannot tell you how badly I would love to replace my five guys visits with this place)

A lovely little hole in the wall that is a little difficult to find, but which serves simple food done really, really well.

I had heard good things, so I gave it a shot. IT WAS AWESOME! The burger was fantastic, and the onion rings were some of the best I've had.

Food is simple and down home. Venue is small but cheerful. Owner, who greeted, seated and served me was wonderful. She was warm, personable and welcoming without being intrusive. She made the end of a very difficult day a little better.

These folks serve the best club sandwich on the planet. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The picnic tables outside are perfect for sunny days. Great place!

You'd never find this place if you weren't looking for it. Each day's special is with the stop. Don't let the location scare you away.

Group of 13 of us went there for lunch today. The staff was very friendly & accommodated us with ease. Food was brought to us super quick & everyone enjoyed their food. Highly recommend. Hard to find but give them a call for directions

I hesitate to tell the truth for fear the masses will all come here and ruin my oasis. The place is smallish, somewhat quaint and for me quite comfortable. The service is very good and so is the food. So please, if you come here, bring your best manners and should you have a kid in tow, keep them under control. Do not ruin my little slice of heaven on earth. Thanks.
